Program

Day 1 30th December 2023. Arrival to Chopta House Check in Time is 2 PM (Early check in subject to availability) express check-in - Hot soup at Restaurant on arrival Evening bonfire with light music, unlimited soft beverages (Cold-drinks, Juices, Soda water). Dinner at Hotel served in Restaurant.

Day 2 – 31st December 2023 . B/Fast 8 AM to 10 AM unlimited Tea- Cookies to be served in the Restaurant.

Day time: Relex or a day hike to nearby places or guest can drive 30 minutes to Chopta point for trekking to Tungnath –Chandershila (5 km trek) or can cover Deoriatal (2.5 km trek) 15 min drive by thire own car.

31st Eve- Light music, Buffet dinner, variety of local cosine, Soft drinks, Chakna and much more.

Lucky draw coupons in. Tambola, play Cards and cash winning lucky draw. Celebration of 31st Cake cutting ceremony at 12 mid night.

For Childrens : Soft juices, Soup, Chocolates , Chocolate milk, Special Maggie. Musical Chair game prize for the winner. Treasure Hunt.

Day 3 : After B/Fast Check-out ( Time 10 pm ) Late Check-out Subject to availability.

Note

1. Carry woolen cloths, Windcheater, Shoes, Jackets, Warmer and Gloves to protect you from the cold, it may rain/snowfall any time if weather changes.
2. Chopta Valley yet not have govt. power supply we have solar and other source of back-up please save energy.
3. Laundry, Dryers, Heaters and other heavy electric items cannot be used on Solar power. Refrain from using high power electrical if carrying with you.
4. Mobile network is also very poor in the whole Chopta valley.
5. Trek start point is 30 min drive from the hotel Chopta House.
6. The Liquor Shop (Kakragadh ) is 22 km Before and Fuel station (Kund ) is also 22 Km before
7. The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check in at the hotel.
8. Whatever you carry kindly bring it back do not litter anywhere in the valley.
9. Loud music too much of loudness, too much of bonfire is not allowed in the valley. We have to restrict by 10 pm by order of local authority.

Child Policy

Extra Child without Bed (6 -12 years) Rs.3000/- for 2 nights

Child above 12 year will be counted as Adult.

Child above 12 years sharing parents bed Rs.5000/- for 2 nights

Extra Bed

The provision of Extra bed is not there in Deluxe Rooms

Extra bed above 12 Years will cost Rs.6000/- for 2 nights

Cncellation Policy

Cancellation 10 days prior Check-in - No charges applicable - Full refund

Cancellation 5 days prior Check-in  - 50% of the total amount will be charge
